When I placed the order I told them I was almost out of food but that I preferred to shop locally and so if they could guarantee a delivery date I would just go to Mounds and get a small bag to tie me over. My final straw was when I special ordered a Fromm formula they didn't carry for my puppy with tummy issues and despite being promised that my food would arrive by a certain date, after having to call several times and speak to multiple employees before they even confirmed they could order it, it was never ordered. Once, on small business Saturday, when I was charge d full price for several sale items, I called and the employee, that mind you was the only one working at their “largest” location on such a big shopping day and was brand new was very rude that I was calling asking for a refund and told me I needed to drive 60 minutes in total to be refunded because other locations that were closer weren't capable of refunding another stores sales. How frustrating that customers have to bring up the email to verify and the employees look bad because the owner doesn't care enough to make them aware of the sale. Every time I go in to shop a “sale” I was told about via email the employees tell me they're “never told about the sales”. I have been treated so disrespectfully by employees when handling a mistake made by them. Do not shop here! The poor customer service is due to poor ownership.
